How do I join?
Apply through our online application form. Each application is reviewed with care to ensure that every member is aligned to meet the right goals and peers, contributes to and benefits from the CrestHaus experience.
What do you look for in members?
We look for women who are curious, committed to growth, and aligned with our values. We consider leadership experience, impact, and readiness to engage with the community.
How long does the process take?
Most applicants receive a response within two to four weeks.

What is the difference between the 4 types of Membership Journeys?
Each journey is designed for a different stage of leadership and offers a distinct level of access, designed to let you grow at a pace and depth that feels right for you.
Do you offer different tracks?
Yes. Members choose a track that aligns with their goals — from building leadership foundations to preparing for board roles. This allows every member to grow at a pace and depth that feels right for them.
What if I’m not sure which membership or track is right for me?
That’s exactly what we’re here for. Simply complete the application form and share your goals — our team will personally review your profile and recommend the journey and track that will best support your growth. Think of it as your first step toward having a personal guide for your leadership path.

Yes — each journey is a 12-month experience designed to give you time to grow, apply what you learn, and see real results. Your membership includes:

Who are the Executive Mentors?
Our Executive Mentors are accomplished executives, investors, and entrepreneurs – from chairpersons of the boards, to board members, to global, regional and local C-Suites from large scale corporates to dynamic exited founder who bring real-world insights to your leadership journey. They are selected for both their expertise and their commitment to helping women rise.

What kinds of events can I expect?
Our events are designed with intention — from elegant leadership dinners to salons and workshops, small and large functions. Every gathering is crafted for optimal connectivity and confidentiality, so you leave with insight, connection, and energy for your next step.
Are events in-person or virtual?
Both. We offer hybrid participation so you can engage from anywhere, while also hosting flagship in-person gatherings for deeper connection.
How do you create a trusted space?
We follow Chatham House Rule with strict and enforced confidentiality rules to ensure that we cultivate an environment where members can speak openly, share honestly, and feel fully supported.
7. Founders & Vision
Who founded The CrestHaus?
The CrestHaus was co-founded Supanee Anuwongworavet and Shannon Kalayanamitr, two women whose careers span the highest levels of leadership. Supanee has served as CFO, COO, and CPO for Microsoft across Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Singapore. Shannon was with Lazada Thailand, founded and exited Moxy (later Orami), and serves on multiple boards, including as a Shark on Shark Tank Thailand.
What is your vision?
To shape a future where women rise with purpose, lead with mastery, and leave a legacy with heart.
Together, they created The CrestHaus to give women access and a platform to the playbooks and network they wish they’d had — navigating career strategy, negotiating pay raises, finding champions, managing crises, and learning to lead with resilience.
TheCrestHaus is their invitation to join with other ambitious women to refine their craft, rise with intention, and harmonize ambition with the relationships and responsibilities that make life meaningful.
